4. Venue Reservations
Table bookings, late-night supper reservations, Card Salon sessions and private function room hire made via this website, by phone, or in person are all subject to availability and formal confirmation by Suited Supper Lounge. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee acceptance of your booking until you receive explicit confirmation from us.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decline, modify, or cancel any reservation, including where guest conduct, prior behaviour, capacity limits, operational requirements, payment issues or safety considerations make it necessary to do so. Where reasonable, we will attempt to notify you of any change or cancellation using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
5. Private Card Salon Conduct
The Suited Offline Poker Salon operates as a private, members-only social gaming environment within the physical Suited Supper Lounge venue. All activities in this area are strictly face-to-face and offline, and are designed for recreational, intellectual and social enjoyment.
Cheating, collusion, card manipulation, aggressive or intimidating behaviour, harassment, or any conduct that disrupts the comfort and safety of other guests is not tolerated. The promotion, facilitation or organisation of illegal gambling or unapproved wagering activities, whether in person or via digital devices, is strictly prohibited within the venue.
Management reserves the right to immediately suspend or revoke access to the Card Salon, remove individuals from the premises, and/or terminate any membership or booking where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol
Suited Supper Lounge is committed to upholding the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards and all relevant liquor licensing requirements in Victoria. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests who are 18 years of age or older and who can provide suitable proof of age upon request.
Our team is trained to monitor and manage patron consumption. Service of alcohol will be refused to any person who appears intoxicated, is underage, is supplying alcohol to minors, or whose continued consumption may pose a safety risk to themselves or others. Management may, at its sole discretion, request that intoxicated or disruptive guests leave the premises and may contact appropriate authorities where necessary.
8. Privacy and Data Use
