How far in advance should I book a private function?

For Friday and Saturday evenings, we suggest booking at least four weeks ahead, particularly for whole-of-venue or offline card lounge tournament use. Mid-week suppers and smaller alcove bookings can often be confirmed with shorter notice, subject to availability.

Can I reserve the entire venue exclusively?

Yes. Subject to date and minimum spend requirements, Suited Supper Lounge is available for full buy-out, including the main supper hall, bar and selected lounge zones. Your concierge will outline exclusivity periods and associated terms in your proposal.

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?

A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm private functions. Deposit level and payment schedule depend on event size and exclusivity. All terms are clearly itemised in your proposal before you commit.

As a guide, our intimate dining alcoves suit 10–24 guests, the main supper hall can host up to approximately 80 guests, and the Pocket Pairs Offline Poker Lounge is ideal for up to 18 players and observers. Your concierge will provide tailored configurations based on your format.
